The Galloway Township Ambulance Squad provides 9-1-1 emergency medical services to Galloway Township, Port Republic as well as mutual aid to Absecon City, Atlantic City International Airport, Egg Harbor City, Egg Harbor Township and Hamilton Township.  GTAS also provides Basic Life Support transports within our primary and mutual aid coverage areas to local Atlantic County Hospitals.  Please click on the link below to fill out and print a copy of our Physician's Medical Necessity Certification.  This must be filled out by the patient's physician before the patient can be transported.  Once the certificate is completed, we can be contacted at the (609) 457-2684 or (609) 965-4046 for transport:
